I'm a member of the Kid Rock Congregation. Do I need to sign up for a new membership?

No, you will receive two unique codes to allow you to access all presales for the Rebel Soldiers tour. For presales happening on Ticketmaster, you'll receive one unique code that will grant you access to purchase up to 4 tickets for up to 3 Kid Rock shows for sale on Ticketmaster. For non-Ticketmaster venues, you'll receive a different code. This code will let you redeem your 2013 Rebel Soldiers membership, which will grant you access to all the non-Ticketmaster venue presales. You can purchase up to 4 tickets for any of those shows and these presales take place on KidRock.com/tour. The non-Ticketmaster shows include Kansas City, Springfield, Tulsa, Wichita and Knoxville.

How come my only choice is the Deluxe Membership level for access to presales through Ticketmaster?

Ticketmaster can only support one membership type through their bundled presale process. We chose the Deluxe Edition since it is the most popular membership with current members. We'll continue to offer the online-only Standard Edition through KidRock.com. The Standard Edition will still grant members with access to presales, but can not grant instant access on Ticketmaster venue presales. New members who sign up for the Standard or Deluxe Edition memberships on KidRock.com will receive Ticketmaster presale codes for scheduled presales on a weekly basis. So, if you sign up for a membership the week of December 3rd, you'll be eligible to receive your first Ticketmaster code the following week, for any presales scheduled after December 10th.

I want to buy presale tickets to a Ticketmaster venue and a non-Ticketmaster venue, but I'm not a member yet. What is the best way to sign up?

New members who purchase a membership through Ticketmaster will receive their 2013 Rebel Soldiers Deluxe Membership activation and confirmation about two weeks after purchase. Once activated, these new members will have access to any non-Ticketmaster presales that happen after this two-week processing period. (There are only a handful of non-Ticketmaster venues for this leg of the tour - Kansas City, Springfield, Tulsa, Wichita and Knoxville).
New members who sign up for the Standard or Deluxe Edition memberships on KidRock.com will receive instant access to non-Ticketmaster venues. But,Ticketmaster presale codes for scheduled presales will be distributed to new members on a weekly basis. So, if you sign up for a membership the week of December 3rd, you'll be eligible to receive your first Ticketmaster code the following week, for any presales scheduled after December 10th.
Your best bet is to keep your Kid Rock Rebel Soliders membership current so you don't have any waiting period when new dates are announced.

What about my Kid Rock Congregation login, can I keep my old username and log into KidRock.com?

Your old Kid Rock Congregation login will still work on the old Kid Rock Congregation website and KidRock.com, until the new Rebel Soldiers website launches at the end of January. We'll email all members more about the transition plan as we have more details and build the new fan club website. As long as you were an active, current and paying member of the Kid Rock Congregation as of November 28, 2012, your membership will be grandfathered into the new fan club for the rest of the 2013 calendar year.

For the non-Ticketmaster presales, how do I find out my exact seat assignment?

All non-Ticketmaster presales will include a seat map displaying the tickets we have on hold for the fan club. The seats will be assigned from those holds on a first come, first serve basis. All purchasers will receive an email within 2 weeks after the presale with the seat locations assigned.

I purchased presale tickets for the wrong show/I am unhappy with my seats/I can no longer attend the show - can I get a refund and/or transfer my seats to someone else?

We're sorry but tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

I want to buy presale tickets to Kansas City, Springfield, Tulsa, Wichita or Knoxville, but I'm confused about how the new Rebel Soldiers Fan Club works. Can you help?

If you were a current member of the Kid Rock Congregation as of November 27, 2012, you received a redemption code for your 2013 Rebel Soldiers membership in your email. You will redeem that code here: http://www.kidrock.com/redeem. This will activate your 2013 Rebel Soldiers membership. You'll have the choice of activating this membership with one of your existing logins to Twitter, Facebook, Gmail, or Yahoo, for example. Once you select the network you'd like to use - let's say you choose Facebook for example - you'll always use that to log into the 2013 Rebel Soldiers Fan Club. Once the presale begins, the buy buttons for Kansas City, Springfield, Tulsa, Wichita or Knoxville will be "unlocked" as long as you are logged into your chosen network (in this example, Facebook). If you are not logged into your chosen network, you will be prompted to do so when you click the buy button.
